BY USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY GAME SHARE OR THE GAMESHARE WEBSITE (WWW.GAMESHARE.COM.AU) “YOU” “USER” “MEMBER” AGREES TO ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If you are under the age of 18, you may only register for the Service with the consent and under the supervision of your parent/s or guardian/s in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right at any time to charge or amend the fees (Fees) payable by you and to vary or amend the terms and conditions.
All Trades cost $6.50 and this is payable by PayPal before sending GameShare sends the authority to send the game to the users.
GameShare only deals with original goods. By listing games on the site you agree that the game is an original game and that it is not pirated or downloaded. Any instances of pirated games will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
All members must have a postal address in Australia and all transactions are in Australian dollars.
Members GameShare are not permitted to exchange any personal information with other Members. If any swaps are done directly between users with out been processed by game share your swap is not guaranteed and you’re at risk of loosing your game. GameShare services are designed to eliminate any risks involved with direct swapping. Any reports of these actions will result in your account been cancelled and any credit forfeited.
Your information will not be disclosed to other members at any time during the swap process. As all swaps are processed by game share there is no need for information to be passed onto other members. This keeps your identity safe during the whole swapping process.
We will only ask for the minimum amount of personal information required to run the site.
More than one GameShare account registration per individual is not permitted.
GameShare visually inspects all swapped games. Games that have their original seals intact are exempt from inspection of game disk. If games are found not in the stated condition they will not be returned the offending member and credit not refunded. All other games will be returned to their owners and credit refunded.
GameShare strives to have a processing turn around of 24 hours of receiving the games from both parties, although in some unforeseen circumstances this timeframe may be longer. Users / members will be informed of any delays via email.
No game will be forwarded onto recipients until both games in the swap have been received and inspected.
GameShare sends games through registered post and obtains proof of sending the game. In the rare case the game is lost in the mail Game Share will make a insurance claim through Australia Post. The game share members name and address will be given to Australia Post as part of the insurance claim. Insurance claims are a maximum of $100 or the cost of the game, which ever is less. Packages are not considered lost by Australia post until 10 days has past the postage date.
GameShare takes no responsibility or liability in games been lost in the post when users/members post the game to Game Share we recommend you send via registered post to and make and insurance claim via Australia post.
GameShare deals with pre-owned games. Users / members understand that games will not always be in mind condition and may have some minor damage to the packaging. However games must be in working condition and members / users are required to honestly state the condition of the game when adding games to their “Have List”. Misleading GameShare or the GameShare community on the condition of the game will result in being banned with all credits on your account been forfeited.
All games must be Australian Pal or Region free and must be playable on an unmodified Australian console system.
Swaps are dependent on the owner of the other game on offer. Please be patient when waiting for acceptance / rejection / counter offers from other members.
Once you have received the swapped game you agree to mark the swap as complete, this is a legally binding acceptance of the swapped game.
Please swap carefully as all swaps are final once the games have left the processing plant.
GameShare cares about preserving the environment. GameShare is committed to reuse as much packaging as possible where the packaging is in a reusable condition. Where possible please use labels on packaging so these can be removed and the packaging re-used. Any packaging that cannot be reused will be recycled.
